GDPR - Personal Data Processing Policy
On May 25, 2018, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) will come into force, which is a new EU regulation. GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL). Among other things, the requirements for how companies and organizations may process your personal data will be tightened. This is a positive change. For us at the Ursviken Pentecostal Church, it is important that you feel secure with how we handle your personal data, and follow the laws and regulations that exist to protect your privacy.
This policy covers the Pentecostal Church Ursviken and its areas of operation. The Pentecostal Church Ursviken is part of a national congregational movement/community. Contact details for information or complaints are: Brukskyrkan, Flisgränd 4b, 932 37 Ursviken, with telephone number 0910-711956, info@brukskyrkan.se, Sven-Erik Sundh is the contact person for questions regarding the processing of your personal data.
The Pentecostal Church Ursviken protects your personal integrity and strives to always protect your personal data in the best possible way. If you interact with the Ursviken Pentecostal Church, we process your personal data based on these grounds. This can happen in different ways, e.g. when you become a member, register for a camp, have different areas of responsibility, when you give a gift via the web or if you participate/lead in gatherings and church services. The data is used only for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide you with relevant information, for follow-up, etc. We also do not store personal data for longer than we need or must for legal reasons. Membership history is archived for statistics and to, e.g. be able to issue baptismal certificates to a former member who wishes to do so.
The number of people who have access to the information is limited and the information is not disclosed to any other organization other than when they are to perform services on behalf of the Ursviken Pentecostal Church and in that case in connection with a special confidentiality agreement being signed.
You also have the right to request correction or completion of the personal data we process about you. If you believe that our processing of your personal data is unlawful or not done correctly, you have the right to complain and, if it is incorrect or there is no legal basis, to request that the personal data be corrected, blocked or deleted.
